THE CHRONICLES OF ELEMENTARY: BOOK TWO
Thirty years have passed. The aqueduct is destroyed and the population grows. Phoenon and Unilus fear the sludge pit of poverty, drought and death will return. To make things worse, the fierce, “survival of the fittest,” ideology of Freta and Dragatu’s Nation hangs over them like a savage sickle.
Phoenon’s gentle heart yearns to heal the wounds with his kin across the desert; such action could bring peace and harmony. Yet, it could undo them all by fanning the flames of hatred.
